Sort-of-named after one of my favorite "Star Trek" movies, The One With The Whales is a bright, cheery, goofy mix of bright yellow, neon chartreuse, turquoise, and deep blue. These skeins' colors pool, meaning that their colors repeat in a way that will show up in knitted and woven pieces (and maybe crocheted ones, too).

This yarn base, Union, is squishy and soft sport-weight yarn. I'd use it for quick socks, kid knits, or drapey/light knits for grown-ups. It's 100% superwash merino in a springy 4-ply; 350 yds, 95g. Machine wash (although hand wash is extra safe for hand-dyed yarns), dry flat or machine dry (air setting).
