I ship using USPS First Class mail. Post-pandemic, I hope to offer more options for folks in a hurry, but for now, I appreciate your patience!

I accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for six months after purchase. If you're unhappy, please contact me, and I'll send you a free shipping label for a return.

Yarn that's still in the skein, has its label, and is in good condition is fine, but I can't accept yarn that has been wound into a ball (or otherwise taken out of the skein), or damaged in any way. Thanks for understanding!

FAQ

How do I care for my hand-dyed yarn?

Each yarn has specific care instructions in its item description. Some are hand wash only, and some are machine washable. (I tend to hand wash everything, out of an abundance of caution, especially with hand-dyed yarns.) Almost all should be laid out flat to dry. There are lots of good resources out there about caring for handmade items; here's one from Tanis Fiber Arts. Eucalan is one great wool wash you can try if you're starting out.
Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I'd love to do a custom order for you. Drop me a line, and I'd be happy to chat. If you have a color palette you'd like to use as a starting point (e.g. "blues and greens" or "gray with red speckles"), I'd love to hear it. Please know that, while I'd be happy to revisit a past colorway for you, my success at re-creating a past colorway may vary a lot, depending on how complex the colorway is, and how good my notes were (or whether I took notes!). I'm happy to give it a shot, though!
